Bright Beginnings Learning Center is a Preschool Promise Site. What does this mean? Baby Promise partners with local childcare providers including in-home and center-based care and assists in connecting families to a program that works for them. Please read about the expanded eligibility for this program, how to apply, and who is covered on the South Coast Early Learning website for Coos, Curry, and Coastal Douglas counties.

Annual Supply Fee – $100

Late Payment Fee – $15

Late Pick Up Fee – $1/minute after contracted time
