Karen Miller is the interim Chief Financial Officer. She is a finance professional with over 20 years of combined experience across hospital systems, hospitality, and manufacturing—driven by a commitment to integrity, structure, and service. She brings healthcare financial leadership, most recently working for HCA Healthcare as the Controller at MountainView Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her career has included oversight of financial reporting, revenue cycle optimization, and cost containment efforts— all grounded in a practical understanding of both frontline operations and executive decision-making. Karen earned his Master of Business Administration, as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development from Western Governors University.
