Sleep
Center

Do you find yourself falling asleep during the day?
Unable to find the energy or focus needed to complete everyday activities? If so, then you may be one of the 50 to 70 million Americans who are estimated to suffer from chronic sleep issues. More than seven million Americans aren’t getting the sleep they need.

Studies show that your health could be at serious risk if you’re not getting a good seven hours of sleep per night. Unfortunately, sleep disorders are often undiagnosed because the symptoms are difficult to recognize and may develop gradually over time.

Lack of sleep can cause irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, heart attack or stroke. The Bay Area Hospital Sleep Study Center can help resolve your sleepless nights.
