Weight Loss Surgery at Bay Area Hospital

Bay Area Hospital is honored to be designated as a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Program (MBSAQIP), a recognition that speaks to our commitment to providing exceptional care. We are also recognized as a Center of Excellence by the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, one of only 13 in Oregon. These prestigious designations underscore the high-quality care that defines Bay Area Hospital.

To earn and maintain these accreditations, Bay Area Hospital undergoes rigorous site inspections every three years. During these evaluations, every aspect of our bariatric surgery processes is closely examined, and our health outcomes are reviewed. These accreditations reflect our ongoing dedication to excellence in bariatric surgeries.
