Kelly Morgan is the interim President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Morgan was selected by the Bay Area Hospital Board of Directors on July 22, 2025. He brings over 42 years of hospital leadership experience to Bay Area Hospital. Mr. Morgan has an extensive background in the healthcare industry and was most recently president and CEO of Mercy Medical Center in Roseberg, where he retired in 2023. He also served as President and CEO of Sierra View Local Healthcare District in Porterville, California, and Mercy Hospital and Health Services in Merced, California.

Mr. Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
