Jen Culbertson, MSN, RNC, CENP, is the Chief Nursing Officer of Bay Area Hospital. Jen has experience across the continum of healthcare and includes acute and outpatient care. She brings a wealth of experience as a healthcare nursing leader, and has a deep passion for quality improvement, patient experience, and clinical operations. Before relocating to Coos Bay, Oregon she held various senior nursing leadership roles at CommonSpirit Health, Providence, and Adventist Health. She has a bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s of science in Nursing from California State University, Bakersfield, California.
