A mobile unit will be onsite at Bay Area Cancer Center April 4 and 5, enrolling people in the Pathfinder 2 study. The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute is now enrolling participants in the Pathfinder 2 study, which involves a multi-cancer early detection test called Galleri. A total of 35,000 people from across the country will be part of this multi-cancer early detection testing.
A few things to know about the study participation:

• medical insurance is not required to participate; the blood test is free to those who are qualified and enroll
• value of this study is over $900
• participants must be available to contact for a yearly follow-up questionnaire for a period of 3 years
• a $25 gift card is provided to those who do sign up for the study
• screening itself takes about 45 minutes, with completion of two questionnaires and a non-fasting blood draw
• other eligibility questions apply.
